DO NOT MERGE yet: needs awaiting https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2026-781a24b2f2 to go from testing to stable, AND root-ci-image to be rebuilt then

@linev could you refresh/rebuild Fedora44 CI image ? Since yesterday, the DNF package has the fix for civetweb in Fedora 44 stable.

To my understanding it happens automatically every night - or after new commit to root-ci-images repository,
After my other fix for fedora44 will be applied (see #23084), I will try to update ci-images

I downloaded the Docker image and indeed it was updated last night, the new feature is active :) CI looks good.

Now fedora provides civetweb which can be used for ROOT directly.
